Our beloved Catherine Bryant entered this life, July 25, 1928, in Malaga, NJ.  She was the daughter of the late Jonh Dewey Alpheaus and Florence Hyett.  She was the youngest child of four children: Ida Florence Fraction, May Wilson and David Alpheaus

Catherine accepted Christ as her personal Savior earlier in her life.  She was a devoted member of Mount Calvary Assembly of God Church.  Catherine married Huey Bryant on July 1, 1955.

Catherine enjoyed family gatherings, cookouts, traveling, sewing, playing the organ, singing, going to the shore, and eating ice cream.  She taught herself how to drive a car.

She was employed by Vineland Developmental Center formally known as Vineland State School, where she retired, November 18, 1998.  Catherine was a giver; she gave her time as a daycare worker, teacher, and a Sunday School teacher.  She learned sign language so she could present the gospel to deaf people within the church congregation.  She also loved donating to charities.

She leaves many fond and precious memories for her children, Mary Bryant, Huey Bryant, Wandell Bryant, Lorraine Landers; grandchildren, Tammara Bryant, Latoya Llanos, Shyqon Llanos, Monique, Joshua, Derrick, Huey, Albert Bryant, Asia Summers, James Summers, Tim Landers, Qwin Landers, Nova and Kaden Llanos; nieces, Catherine Fraction and Rochelle Wilson; nephews, Russell, Mike, Tim Alpheaus and Woodrow and a host of other family members and friends.
