Celeste Smith affectionately known as "Cee-Cee", went home to be with the Lord on August 31, 2023.  Celeste was born on December 31, 1960 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Phoebe Lee Riley and Clifton Franklin Smith.

Celeste moved to the Cumberland County area as a small child where she was raised. Celeste attended Bridgeton Public School District. Celeste loved spending time with her family (especially her nieces and nephews) and friends.  She will be immensely missed by them!!!

Celeste leaves to cherish her memory her sisters, Patricia Smith of Bridgeton, NJ, Sheila Talley and Hannah Talley of Philadelphia, PA; 5 brothers, Jamal Smith of Moody, TX, Edward Talley, Douglas Talley and Benny Scott of Philadelphia, PA and Robert Timmons of Newport News, VA.

Celeste was predeceased by her mother Phoebe Lee Riley, father, Clifton Franklin Smith, stepfather, James, Riley, brothers, Clifton Franklin Talley, Vincent and Jesse Smith. Very special friends Mecca and Clemet. Celeste also leaves to cherish a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
