Charlotte May Gonzalez affectionately known as Ducky or Mom Dukes was born on February 3, 1960 to the late Henry and Charlotte Weber. She gained her wings on May 10, 2026 at home peacefully surrounded by the love of family, friends and Bob Marley’s greatest hits.

 Charlotte was always willing to help anyone she could if they needed help. She always gave the best advice even if at the time you didn’t want to hear it. As I am writing I have been trying to think of the best words to describe her and I can’t come up with a word great enough to describe her, if I had to pick just one or two it would be EXTRAORDINARY/LOVING mother,grandmother,and friend to so many. 

Ducky leaves to cherish her memory her three children Charline M. Gonzalez(Jesse/Oonj), Christina M. Gonzalez(Rell), Moncerate R. Martellio(Zuhay)(Tiffany). Fifteen Grandchildren: Nathaniel(Lora), ZayZay(Autumn), KáNija(Pree), Llerret, Lorrelle, Xavier(Cadie), Javier, Turtle, Fat Kid, Jaden, Bobble Head, Jenaida, Jomuel, King, Emmanuel. Five Great-Grandchildren: Nevaeh, Mason, Sasha, Beverly, Exodus Brother: Hank(Sandy) Four nieces, one nephew and a host of family/friends. She was predeceased in death by her parents Henry and Charlotte Weber and sister Anna. 

For the last five years, Ducky fought against her illness with strength, courage and determination. 

She gave it everything she had and fought a good fight all the way until she gained her wings. Through Ducky’s presence and good morning/goodnight Facebook post will be deeply missed, her memory will live in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
