CLARISSA GRACE LONDON (Peaches) 70 of Bridgeton, New Jersey gained her wings on January 15, 2024 , in Vineland, New Jersey. She was a beautiful, devoted mother, loving grandmother, and cherished friend to many.

Born on February 16, 1953, Clarissa lived a life marked by laughter, dance, music, an unwavering commitment to enjoying every moment. Whether twirling on the dance floor or sharing a hearty meal, she radiated an energy that lit up the room. While battling cancer Clarissa still wore a smile, attended church services when she could, and gave encouraging words to others while fighting her own fight.

Clarissa attended Bridgeton Public Schools and graduated from Bridgeton High School. She was a member of St. Augustine where she was a member of the choir. Clarissa worked as a Line Service Worker, Home Health Aide, Security Officer, Laundromat Attendant, and Residential Counselor at Ames/Elwyn, just to name a few.

Clarissa leaves to cherish her memory her daughters : Juanita Lee (Bridgeton, NJ) , Andrea Sulton (Mays Landing, NJ), Melissa Peyton(Brian) (Vineland, NJ), Gena Lingo (Millville, NJ), Patricia Lingo (Vineland, NJ), Brothers: Benjamin, Joe (Regina), Daniel, Wesley, Lewis, and Johnny, Sisters: Denise, Janice, Marsha, Angela, Deborah and Tracy Baker, Sister -In Law Juanita Deshields. She leaves behind a loving host of grand and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, 2 long lifetime friends Annie Hill & Shari Hill, and 1 special friend Sandra Cheeks, 1 godson Lamark Jones Jr.

Clarissa was predeceased by Brother: Glenn, Roger, and William, Sister Sandra, Son-in-law Derrick Sulton Sr., and granddaughter Daisia Sulton
