Clifton Kirby Water was born on May 2nd, 1957, to the late Levin Waters and Ida Cooper, departed this life on December 12th, 2021, at Jefferson Hospital of Cherry Hill, NJ.
Clifton attended Millville Sr. High School graduating June 1976, soon after leaving for the US Army to be an Engineer. Clifton bragged about being a sharpshooter. Clifton had many jobs but the one he most talked about was Wheaton Glass. He was a hard-working man who loved taking care of his family. Clifton also loved listening to music, dancing and making people laugh. You could definitely get a laugh out of him whenever you seen him… Some people called him a preacher with the gift of gab.

Clifton leaves to cherish his memory his wife: Dorinda Waters, 5 children: Sarena Thomas, Clifton Day (Yolanda Day) Tanisha Day, Sicora Jamison (Tyron Jamison Sr.), Tashay Waters, 1 brother Armond Waters (Darlene), and a host of Grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was predeceased by 1 daughter Tachalla Harper, 5 sisters: Jean Waters, Gloria Waters, Deloris Jenkins, Jesstine Holland, Eloise Artis, 6 brothers: Levin Chuck Waters Jr., Harold Butch Waters, Franklin J. Jenkins, Jeffrey Edward Jenkins, Kermit Fredrick Waters.
