On Thursday October 10, 2019 the Lord called his son, our beloved Darnell Ford home to be with Him. Darnell 51, of Bridgeton was born on August 16, 1968 to the late Doris Nichols.

Darnell attended school in Jersey City, NJ. He later moved to Bridgeton and worked for Lucca Cold Freezer in Vineland. Darnell was a loving father, brother and a wonderful grandfather. He enjoyed fishing, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends. He will be remembered for his helping hands, laughter, and smile.

Darnell was predeceased by two sisters, Martha Ann Ford and Viola Ford; four brother, Cleveland Williams Jr., Daniel Ford, James Holden, and Glen Ford.

He leaves to cherish his loving memory three daughters: Athena Lovely, Natasha Lovely, and Jessica Lovely-Waugh; son in law, Gavin Waugh Sr., all of Bridgeton; two granddaughters, Gavianne Waugh, and Jal'shawana Lovely; four grandsons, Zebreon Lovely, Herron Lee, Gavin Waugh Jr. and Louis Nichols all of Bridgeton; six sisters, Shirley Ford of Jersey City, Kathy Johnson, Irene Shaw, Teresa Holden, Joannie Shaw, and Charlette Murray all of Bridgeton; two brothers, Frank Shaw, and Jimmy Ford both of Bridgeton; one aunt, Shirley Nichols of Bridgeton; and a host of nieces, nephews family and friends.
