Our beloved Deneya Marie Braxton was born July 11, 1988, to Lisa Marie Braxton and Jerome Lang.  She departed this life on December 7, 2021.

Deneya was diagnosed with sickle cell at five months old and she frequently was in and out of the hospital.  She was a patient at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia until she was 21 years old.   Deneya knew what pain was and went through it almost daily.

She attended Millville Public Schools and at times she had to be  home schooled due to her illness.  Through her perseverance she graduated from Millville Senior High School, June 2006.

Deneya's life was blessed with her beautiful daughter Amyra Renee Loatman who was the center of her joy.  Her second joy arrived in the birth of her nephew Cario, whom she was a constant sitter while his mother worked.

She leaves many fond and precious memories for her daughter, Amyra; her mother, Lisa Braxton; her father, Jerome Lang; her sister, Kalisha Braxton; maternal grandmother, Carolyn Downing; paternal grandmother, Janice Lang; three uncles, Clarence Newton (Meredith), Anthony Braxton (Felicia) and Willie Lang (Brenda); two aunts, Dee Dee Heart and Daphne Thomas aka Sweet Pea; a special nephew, Cario Thomas who had a special place in her heart and a host of  cousins, family members and friends.
