Dorothy Jean Elcock 43 of Millville departed this life on January 16, 2020 in Genesis Millville Center. She was born August 6, 1976 to Lester Dennard and Regina (Cross) Marshall. Coming from Standford, Florida she was a resident of the area for over 3 years.

She is survived by her mother, Regina Marshall; children, Keyona Ratliff, Diana Bartee, Princess Stephanie Elcock, Jasmine Maria Elcock, Steve Elcock Jr. and Steve Elcock III; 2 grandchildren; siblings, Calvin Cross, Donta Marshall, Robert L. Marshall, Paris Marshall and Lester Dennard; and a host of family and friends.
