Edna Ray Phillips was born June 12, 1959 and raised in Newtonville, NJ to the late Joseph Ezekiel Phillips father and Helen Coreen Phillips.

Theodore D. Teller was Edna's life partner for 27 years and from that union she had 4 beautiful children; Dante D. Phillips, Qiana L. Phillips, Theodore D. Phillips and Darwin D. Phillips, 4 Brothers; Joseph Phillips, Bryan Phillips, and Christopher Phillips who are all predeceased, one living brother Aaron Phillips of Vineland, 6 Sisters; Helena Phillips Leach, Jeanette Phillips LaSure, and Beverly Phillips are all predeceased, Frances (Pan) Phillips of Texas and Florence Mary Phillips McCoy of Florida.
