Elizabeth
Foster
May 30, 1934 – July 7, 2019
Elizabeth Pearson Foster was born on May 30, 1934 and raised in Glassboro, New Jersey. She was the daughter of the late Mary Pearson. Elizabeth was raised by her loving Grandparents, the late Solomon and Hattie Pearson. Elizabeth attended and graduated from Glassboro High School and later married the love of her life, the late Leroy Foster Sr. She was a loving wife and adored the 26 years that she spent as a homemaker and wife. Living and taking care of the home that Leroy built from the ground up bought her so much joy. Elizabeth was remarkably known for her swift dance moves, stylish attire and famous pineapple upside down cakes. Elizabeth was an amazing women who loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. From November 10, 1996, when she was publicly received and her husband, LeRoy was baptized, she was a faithful member of Faith Orthodox Presbyterian Church.
Honestly, to know Betty or grandma Betty as she was known to most, was to love her. Elizabeth was the mother of Donald Pearson, the stepmother of the late Earnest Foster, Clifford Foster, Leroy Foster Jr., Katherine Foster, Christine Pollard (Thomas) and Geneva Willis (Adolphus) of Sicklerville New Jersey and Bertha Hyman (Burnett) of Woodstown.
She was a beloved friend, mother, grandmother and great grandmother to many. She will be dearly missed.
