Evelyn Flagg "Gibson" was born in Glassboro, New Jersey on April 2,1937 to the late Andrew Jackson and Sarah Holden Jackson. Evelyn was a hard workingwomen. She attended college for secretarial duties doing Keypunch. She also attended school for nursing. She was a nurse for 25 years. She worked at, Tri-County Hospital, Tailor hospital, Elmer hospital and several nursing homes.   She also worked as a secretary for a designer before she retired. Evelyn loved cooking and playing cards with here sisters.

She was the youngest of ten children. Evelyn predeceased by her brothers Charles Jackson, James Jackson, and Jessie White. Also her sisters Juanita Royal, Elizabeth Carter, Ester Neil, Drusilla Williams, Arlene White and Mabel McCloud.

Evelyn was married to McKinley Manor Jr. and with this marriage came 5 children. McKinley Manor 3 ^rd , Marvin Manor, Janet Stone, Margret Johnston, Victoria Hinton and Crystal White. In addition, she had a stepdaughter: Debra Gibson and Frank Gibson (deceased).   She was a grandmother to fourteen grand children and has twenty-six great grand children.

Evelyn leaves to cherish her memories to her children, grandchildren, great grand children and friends.
