Ezra T. Pernell Sr., 42, of Bridgeton, NJ, passed away on June 25, 2024. Born on July 2, 1981, to Kathy Pernell and Ronald Carter in Bridgeton NJ. Ezra was a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, cousin, and friend who took immense pride in his family and always made time for his loved ones.

Ezra leaves behind to cherish his memory his devoted wife, Takisha Pernell (Holley); his two brothers, Jerome (Corinth) and Jahaziel(Sheena); his sister, Jarius; and his five beloved children Ezranae, Ezra Jr., Ezre'ona, Nykiyah, and Mynaisia. 3 grandchildren Avayah, Amiyah, and A'avion. And a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his legacy of love, music, and passion for life will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

Ezra is predeceased by his grand-fathers Pastor Hartley Pernell Sr. and Roosevelt Lincoln Sr., his grandmother Luella Carter Quinones, his niece Jahzelle Pernell and his uncles Hartley Pernell Sr. and Roderick Carter.
