February 8, 1959 – January 11, 2023
Iletha Wood, 63, of Pleasantville departed this life suddenly on January 11, 2023 at Piedmont Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, GA. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on February 08, 1959.
Iletha was affectionately known as "Beba" or "Big L". Iletha grew up in Berlin and McKee City, NJ. She graduated from Absegami High School and continued her education at Atlantic Cape Community College. She recently embarked in a new career venture as a web designer, after receiving her degree from Devry University in Web Design. She was employed at Harrah's Resort and Casino, and had a passion for taking care of people as it showed during her tenure at Career Opportunity Development (CODI).
Iletha cherished spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed watching Korean drama films and loved learning the Korean culture. She traveled extensively, enjoyed theme parks with her grandchildren, visiting family, and treasured attending family gatherings and events. Iletha looked forward to our Berlin family reunions.
