James Wilson, 66, a lifelong resident of Vineland, New Jersey, was born April 3, 1960, and passed away on October 12, 2026. 

James worked as a maintenance mechanic at Comar for over two decades. He could fix just about anything, including cars, small engines, production machines, and electronics. His skill and resourcefulness were reflected in the many things he repaired throughout his life. His love of fixing things and dream of becoming a helicopter pilot led him to complete aviation mechanics training.

 An avid, self-taught musician, James played in several bands with his siblings. He once dreamed of becoming an Air Force helicopter pilot, but chose a different path so he could take an active role in the life of his son, William. 

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lillie Reece Wilson; his father, James Wilson; his brothers, Steven Wilson and Donald Wilson; and his grandmother, Ida Mae Jackson Kollock. 

He is survived by his son, William Rowley; his sister, Iva Wilson; his six grandchildren, Nydirah Rowley, William Rowley Jr., Nathaniel Bentley, Breanna Rowley, Rakaiyah Rowley, and Josiah Rowley; and his nephews, Ivan Wilson and Calvin Wilkinson. 

James will be remembered for his mechanical talents, his love of music, and the memories he shared with those who knew and loved him.
