Minister John (Leach) Fitts, Jr., age 73 of Vineland departed this life on July 27, 2018 at his residence. He was born on January 17,1945 in Vineland, New Jersey to the late John Fitts and Cliffie Leach-Fitts. Founder and Pastor of the New Covenant Ministries Outreach In Home Prayer & Bible Study, John faithfully ministered every Sunday on the radio for the past 10 years on Cruisin 92.1 FM WVLT at 6:30 a.m. In addition, he had a deep love for music and taught himself how to play the piano. In fact, his aspirations for singing led to recording two songs. He was formerly employed by the Safeway Freezer Storage Company (Teamster Union). He was preceded in death by his wife, Glenda Fitts. He is survived by two siblings: Barbara Parrish, Bishop Clifford Leach (May); two deceased siblings: Selena Mae Stevenson, & Virginia Walker; 6 children: Victoria Smith, John Leach Jr, Karen Leach, John Dennis, Kay Hadley (David), Micki Leach (deceased): extended family Cileste Parker (Robert); 14 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
