Joseph E. Francis 94 of Pittsgrove departed this life on July 8, 2019 at his residence. He was born May 15, 1925 in St. Catherine, Jamaica WI to Sarah (Wright) and Benjamin Francis. Coming from Jamaica, he has been a resident of the area for over 50 years.

He was retired from Food Service at Vineland Developmental Services.

He is survived by his wife Itilda M. Francis; children, Errol Francis, Veronica Taylor, Valetta James and Lorraine Speight; 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; siblings, Iris Williams, Brunice Welch, David Welch, Aleata Welch, Scerina Welch and Edna Francis.
