Joseph Thomas, III, 32, of Millville, New Jersey was called home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 19, 2019, at his home.

Joe was born August 20, 1986 in New Bern, North Carolina to Joseph Thomas, Jr. and Gertrude McCoy.

On September 3, 2016, Joe and the love of his life DaeJannae Jones were united in holy matrimony at Friendship Baptist Church. Of this union they were raising their loving family; 3 daughters: Jayla, Lynia, and baby Lanasia Emily and a son Joesiyah Faniel.

Joe attended school at Pleasantville High School in Pleasantville, New Jersey. He occasionally attended Friendship Baptist Church with his family. Recently, Joe had begun a new job at Shop Rite in Millville, NJ. He previously worked for Home Depot in Millville.

Joe was loved and respected by all who knew him. He had a beautiful smile that could light up a room and had a loving disposition. He was known for his long dreads. He loved his family and enjoyed spending his time with his children. Joe especially treasured his wife and their life together.

Joe leaves to cherish his memory his wife, DaeJannae Jones Thomas; his son Joesiyah; his daughters Jayla, Lynia, and baby girl Lanasia; his mother Gertrude McCoy of Florida and father Joseph Thomas, Jr. of Bridgeton, NJ; a brother Andre Thomas of Florida; his sister Brittani Thomas of Arizona; his grandmother Mary Jordan of Shiloh, NJ and his in-laws, Tyrone and Emily Newman of Mayslanding, NJ. And a host of family and friends.
