Keith Adolph Gray, Jr.'s Obituary

Keith Adolph Gray Jr. born to the late Keith A. Gray Sr. and Mildred M. Gould on November 3, 1947 at Cooper Hospital, Camden, NJ was called home on October 8, 2021.

Keith was educated in the Philadelphia School system.  He enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1972.  His duties consisted of Morse Code and Message Router.  After discharge he worked at Consolidated Rail Corp (Con Rail).  He was elected as Fairfield Township 's first black mayor.

Keith was residing in Paulsboro, NJ with his grandson Tierre Minor.  He recently moved to Pop Moylan, Senior Assisted Living in Deptford, NJ.
He was predeceased by his brother Adrian F. Gray and his granddaughter Sobrya Pettiford.

Keith leaves to cherish his memory his three stepchildren, Pete Minor of Camden, NJ, Syreeta Minor of Paulsboro, NJ and Leena Minor of Paulsboro, NJ; his brother, Nyles Gray (Mercedes) of the Philippines  Islands; his sisters, Carolynn A. Allen of Westville, NJ and Sharon A. Dean of Williamstown, NJ; his cousin, Judith A. Morris of Philadelphia, PA; three step sisters, Dottye (Ron) Gould-Smith, Jacqulyn (Robert) Burroughs and Helen (Scott) Fishman; 17 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins.  A special mention of his life long friends, Vonda Banks, Debbie Minor, Karen Caston and Donna Hart.
