Layfetta Marie Cook age 70 of Fairfield Township departed this life on March 22, 2022 in Inspira Medical Center, Vineland.  She was born on May 27 1951 in Lexington, VA to the late Norvin Admanson, Sr. and the late Helen (Emerson) Adamson.

She was formerly employed by Fairfield Township Board of Education and a member of St. John United Methodist Church, Fairfield Township.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Michelle R. Cook; brothers, Norvin Adamson Jr. and Terry Adamson; sister, Helen Pamela Adamson.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her son, Robert G. Adamson; daughter, Robin P. Adamson; 6 grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
