Mark Anthony Hines-Brown's Obituary

Mark Anthony Hines-Brown, a life-long resident of Vineland, NJ who departed from us unexpectedly on Oct, 18, 2024 at the age of 30.

Mark is survived by his children (Armani Demetria Brown 9, Aalayah Sade Brown 8, Dior Demetrius Brown 4, and Paris A'Dor Brooks-Brown 3), siblings (Domonique Demetria Hines, Albert David Hines Jr, Quincy Brown and Timmy Brown), nieces Shannon Dixon and Koryn Hines, nephews A'Shaud Hines and Darrius Busby Jr, and David Tyree Hines and great nieces Falon and Faith Hines and also a host of cousins, family and friends.

Mark is predeceased by his parents Albert and Caren Hines and adoptive mother Perrene Brown and both grandparents.

Mark was born in Vineland, NJ on March 17, 1994 to Albert and Caren. Perrene came into Mark's life a few years later and adopted Mark once his mother became ill from cancer and passed.  He then grew up in Atlantic City and attended the Atlantic City school district.  Following that time, he spent some time in Sicklerville as a child. Mark then at the age of 16 was returned back home with biological family under the care of his oldest sister Domonique D. Hines.

Mark attended school in the Vineland and Millville district. Mark also obtained his certification in welding. Mark had a true passion for cars, music, clothes and sneakers.  He cared deeply about the way he dressed because it was always to impress. His hat had to match his shoes and shoes had to go with his shirt. Mark was smart and good with numbers. Mark enjoyed taking things apart to put them back together. He was good with handywork.   He loved heading to Atlantic City to try his luck on the table. Cards and dice were his playing field, and he would spend hours trying his luck.  Mark was funny and would have jokes for days if he was around you, there was never not a fun time.  Mark loved his family and friends and would do anything for them.  Mark was caring and kind loyalty to those he cared for.  Mark's biggest inspiration was his sister Domonique, he adored her and loved her dearly.  Mark was a family man and believed in showing up for them. Mark will forever be loved by his family and friends.

Mark met his first child's mother Jessica in Vineland, NJ to which they share two children (Armani and Aalayah) years later he met his son's mother Shaniqua who he shares his only son with. And Marks youngest of his children is Paris who he shares with Patricia.  Marks children 9, 8, 4 and 3. Marks children meant everything to him. They were his world. Mark was a devoted father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He played a very vital part in everyone's life. He enjoyed spending time with his family and close friends. Mark enjoyed watching sports, but not as much as he loved betting on them. Mark enjoyed laughing until his stomach hurt and that grin would light up a room. He enjoyed spending time with children and setting new goals to reach or new car to buy. He was a fair person and always giving. Mark would literally give you his last and figure something else out for himself. He was just built that way, a giver. He was a God-fearing young man now and growing up. He attended Sunday school and church regularly as child.
