Mary Elizabeth Williams, 93, of Philadelphia, PA, departed this life on April 5, 2019 in Inspira Medical Center, Vineland. Mary was born on June 20, 1925 in Bridgeton, NJ. She was the fourth child of the late Lucy (Young) and Charles H. Williams.

Mary lived at 712 S. Grove Street, Bridgeton, NJ and attended the Bridgeton Public School system and graduated in 1944. While attending BHS she was a lighting fast wing on the hockey team. She furthered her education at Drexel University and earned a Stenographer degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

She worked for the government in Washington, DC for many years as a stenographer. She later returned to Philadelphia and Bridgeton to have her son Bruce Lance Williams.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son Bruce Lance Williams.

She is survived by her siblings, Elenora Purnell of Tampa, Florida, Annie Wright of Bridgeton, NJ, Carlton Williams of Baltimore, Maryland and Ruth Cuti of Las Vegas, Nevada; her special family Khadijah Lee, Louis Lee, Alexis Bradley, and a host of relatives, family and friends.
