Morris Wayne Harden, Sr. was called to eternal rest on Thursday, May 21, 2020 following an extended illness.
He was 56 years old, born in Millville, NJ on January 28, 1964 to Doris Ruth Harden Whyte. He graduated from Millville Senior High School in 1982 where he was an avid football player.
After high school Wayne enlisted in the military where he served six years in the United States Army from 1982 until 1988. He was a car salesman for several years. He also enjoyed cooking and was an excellent chef for 8 years until his health declined.
In his spare time Wayne enjoyed fishing, swimming and sports especially football. He was a loyal fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. He loved spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of Bethel A.M.E. Church in Millville, NJ.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother: Doris Ruth Harden Whyte (stepfather Reenie Whyte); Two children: Morris Wayne Harden, Jr. of Cape May, NJ and Sharaine Randazzo of Vineland, NJ; Two Step children: Ebony Malone of Vineland, NJ and Joshua Weasenforth (Tonya) of Mrytle Beach, SC. Grandchildren: Koran Harden, Adelynn and Dominic Weasenforth; One sister: Sharon Valentine (Mark) of Dover, DE., Two Brothers: Charles E. Camper (Carol) of Sacramento, CA and Quincy Damor Chin (Evelyn) of Millville, NJ.; Three Aunts: Nina Harden and Pearl Hull of Vineland, NJ and Shirley Harden of Millville, NJ; a host of nieces and nephews: Monique and Daniel Valentine of Dover, DE.,Amber, Ashley, Doris, Precious and Charles "CJ" Camper all of Sacramento, CA., one great niece: Mia Grandpre and his devoted companion of 8 years Shirley Weasenforth of Surfside Beach, SC.
He was pre-deceased by a brother Randolph "Randy" Camper and a step child Jonathon Malone.
Interment will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Millville, NJ.
