Myrtle A.
Cropper
Dec 10, 1928 — Apr 10, 2026
Myrtle Ada Cropper, 97, was born December 10, 1928, in Salisbury, Maryland, the first child of Esther Milbourne. She departed this life on Friday April 10, 2026, in the home of her daughter Belinda Lolli of Vineland, New Jersey. Myrtle was surrounded by her loving family. The Lord called her name and she was escorted to her heavenly home in glory. She joined the welcome celebration of her personal friend and Saviour Jesus Christ.
The family moved from Maryland to Harlem, New York City. She attended PS50 Elementary School, then John Adams Jr. High School and graduated from Morris High School. There her athletic abilities came out (Tomboy). She excelled in softball, handball champion and an excellent swimmer. In her adult years she was a champion bowler winning numerous trophies.
In 1967 Myrtle found the Lord, joined the church and move from the Bronx, New York City with the church to Norma, New Jersey. Myrtle was extremely artistic, attending craft shows with her oneof-a-kind ware. She had every holiday covered. She was a cat lover, generally loving most animals. She worked at the Veterans Memorial Home for 25 years. Bingo! became her fun in her latter life. She could be seen at various bingo halls yelling “Bingo.”
Myrtle was blessed with four children; Thomas Cropper (deceased), Ronald Cropper (Jennifer), Fred Cropper, Belinda Lolli (Kenneth), 4 grandchildren; Benjean, Marcus, Sarita, Deonna, 7 great grands, 3 great great grands, 5 siblings; Madaline (deceased), Juanita (deceased), Elizabeth (deceased) Charles and Clarence. To sum Myrtle up, she was a fiercely loyal and feisty woman who loved to tell dirty jokes.
To know Myrtle was to love Myrtle. Lovingly Submitted, The Family
