Noel Livingston was born on March 10, 1948, to the late Esther Brown and father, Arthur Livingston who currently resides in Jamaica.  He attended March Town Elementary School, Green Island Primary and Green Island Secondary School.  He also went on to learn masonry skills.

Noel's passion in life was the import and export trade industry an area in which he received very early training, and which became a lifelong calling.  This led him to various business ventures locally and internationally.

He began traveling to Cayman Island, Haiti, England and finally the US where he made his permanent home.  Upon his arrival, Florida was the first place he called home which was suitable for him because he did not like the cold weather.  He worked local construction while pursing his love for import goods.  He was a firm believer in having your own business because it would give financial freedom and a sense of pride.

In recent years, he focused on family and his undying dream of  everyone coming together.  This is an area of his life that gave him significant satisfaction.  He surrenders his life to Christ and began serving as a Deacon.  He made it his mission to encourage others by always saying, "It's Time."  He was always grateful for his church family and expressed how much he enjoyed singing with them.

In recent years he became terminally ill, yet he continued to be strong during this prolong period while enduring the challenge with great strength and dignity.  It's a testimony to his courage and tenacity that he refused to make his illness totally define his life.

He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, Delsaida Livingston; sons, Paul and Stevion; daughters, Paulette, Pauline, Petagay, Patricia, Dawn, Beverly, Andrea and Iesha; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom he loves dearly; brothers, Welleslie Locke Geofrey Livingston and Hugh Jones; sisters, Fredricka Glinton and Icilda Hepkins and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces,  nephews, cousins, in-laws and all those who knew him as DAD.
