Nora Lee Thompson, 67, passed away peacefully on September 24, 2025, at Autumn Lake Healthcare.

Born to Charlotte Bland and Eddie Bland, Nora Lee lived a life filled with love, strength, and resilience. She was deeply cherished by her family and will be remembered for her warmth and the special place she held in their lives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlotte and Eddie Bland; her brothers Willie and Paul Bland; her sister Emma Watson; and her nephew, Robert Saunders Jr.

Nora Lee cherished her lifelong companion, Clarence Davis, and is survived by her beloved siblings: Mary Crosell, Rose Morgan, George Bland, and Eddie Bland. As well as a host of nieces and nephews.

In her final days, Nora Lee was lovingly cared for by Sharon and Kendal McCalop, along with her dear friend Diane, great-nieces Jyesha, Jasheya, and Joyce Saunders, whose presence brought her comfort and peace.

Her memory will be forever treasured by all who knew and loved her.
