Pamela Esther Gordon of Bridgeton, NJ departed this life on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at Inspira Hospital, Vineland, NJ. She was born in Bridgeton, NJ on February 11, 1969 to the late Louis and Esther Gordon.

Pam was educated in the Bridgeton Public School System. After graduation, Pam worked mainly in the customer service field. Later she decided to further her education through J.T.P.A., Bridgeton, where she received a certificate in Office Administration. In 2007, Pam graduated from Cumberland County College. She received her Associates in Applied Science in Health Service Administration. Pam was currently employed at Cumberland Manor and South Jersey Extended Care as a Receptionist.

Pam's religious beginnings began a St. John Pentecostal Church in Glassboro, NJ where her father Pastored. She returned to Bethel Pentecostal Church in 1971 with her parents. As a teenager, Pam accepted the Lord as her savior. She loved Bethel, she often said she didn't care who left or stayed at Bethel she wasn't going nowhere. Pam loved helping out the Youth Department, helping to organize services and the Love Concert. She also loved music and to sing, she would call Leah often talking about a song she heard and would remark "Girl I started singing and I tore that song up" You hear me". Pam also loved singing on the church choir and any other choir. She could sing and a good soprano that would always have the right note. But Pam's first love was her family. She especially loved being an Aunt. She often said I didn't have any biological children but all my nieces and nephews are my children. When the Great nieces and nephews came along she told the parents she didn't care who they picked to be the Godparents to their children, she realized she was the great aunt but she was the top Godmother and she meant it.

Pammy will be greatly missed, she leaves to cherish her memories-2 sisters-Leah Downing(James) of Bridgeton and Wilhemina Bryant of Piscataway, NJ; 1 Brother Louis Gordon Jr.(Roshette) of Baltimore, Maryland; 5 Nephews, Adjeel Bartley, Raheem Bartley, Mark Sampson Jr., James Laster, Louis Gordon III;  2 Nieces,  Naima Gordon and Jennifer Laster; 1 Great Niece, AaLeah Bartley; 3 Great Nephews, Rasheem Bartley Jr., Selassie Bartley and Omari Bartley; 2 Aunts, Alice Gould of Montgomery, Alabama and Shelia Scott of Philadelphia, PA; and of host of cousins and friends.
