Perry was born on April 30, 1955 to the late Roland Goldsboro, Jr. and Peggy Gould-Hart in Bridgeton, NJ. Perry passed away peacefully with family on April 6, 2023 at Samaritan Hospice Center, Voorhees, NJ from injuries sustained from an Auto accident that happened on October 19, 2019.

Perry attended Bridgeton Public Schools and Buffalo, New York Public Schools. He was employed at the Winchester Railroad Company until he became disabled in 1980. Perry loved to help others. His favorite word was "He or She Is Crazy As Hell".

Perry leaves behind to cherish his memories two sons, Perry T. Hart, Jr. (Rochelle), Joliet, IL., Keon Hart, Buffalo, NY, four siblings, Janice Lang, Doreen Gibbons (Sam), Gary Hart and Cecil Hart, his favorite Aunt Jane and Uncle Cot, 9 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, a host of other great uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by

his parents, Roland Goldsboro, Jr. and Peggy Gould Hart and one brother Ronald Hart, grandparents, Roland, Sr. and Mary Goldsboro, Lenhart, Sr. and Edith Gould.

We thank the many doctors and nurses at Cooper & Jefferson Hospitals that helped keep Perry here for over 3 years after his traumatic brain injury, and Samaritan Hospice Center doctor and nurses for their excellent care during his last days. We also like to thank the few caring nurses at the 5 nursing facilities that did their best and we sincerely thank all of you for your prayers and cards of condolence…
