Renee Tyssia

May 1, 1975 – December 15, 2024
Renee Tyssia DeShields-Bishop 49 was born May 1,1975, in Vineland, New Jersey to Juanita R. DeShields and William S. DeShields Jr(predeceased). She passed away unexpectedly on early Sunday morning December 15, 2024.
Ne' Ne' as some may know her as, attended St Francis of Assisi School from Kindergarten to 6th grade and then transfered over to Rossi Intermediate School from 7th to 8th grade. She graduated from Vineland High School in 1993, where she was actively involved in after school activities. She participated in African American Cultural League Drill Team as a Sergent Caller and she also sang in the African American Cultural League Choir. Ne' Ne' also was a member of DECA, where she learned the steps of business, and how to conduct herself in the business arena.
Renee started her own business Mahogany Brew, selling by the demand, coffee, flavored water, and candles. She also ran a Travel Agency business called Legacy Travel. Renee was rather busy with her socialization launching her Podcast on Mahogany Television Network, In the Cafe TV Show, & Da' Mahogany Renee' Spot, just to name a few.
Renee enjoyed going to church with family as a child and continued as an adult as a member of Union Baptist Temple on Sunday's, where she sang on the choir. Renee was so dedicated; she would ride the church van every Sunday to make it to church. Since then, she enjoyed visiting, even joined multiple churches in her travels. She also loved traveling to different church functions. Beyond Renee's dedication to serving the Lord, on November 25, 2023, Bishop Renee T. DeShields- Bishop was ordained to a Bishop at Joy International Ministries Worldwide Family Tabernacle USA Inc., as she furthered her education of knowledge for the love she had for and with God, while teaching the word of God to her community.
With her outgoing personality, where she was a social butterfly, loving and caring, Renee was honored to receive an Urban Elegance Entrepreneur Award at Petite Rose Venue on May 25, 2024 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Renee loved during business and being very sociable that she took on several Front Desk Receptionist jobs in her career line of duty, which included, Extended Care, Bishop McCarthy, Days Inn, Wingate and Kingtock.
Renee loved listening to her Gospel music, getting the Word of Gospel across via social media, and travel. She enjoyed family gatherings at her sister's house during the holidays and random get togethers.
She loved to take long rides out of town with her mom and she had a soft heart for her dog Dolce, whom never left her side, even when she was out and about. Renee's warmth, her passion for Christ, and joy she brought into any room she walked in, will truly be miss by her family and friends.
