Rosie B. Brown age 75 of Vineland departed this life on May 8, 2021 in Inspira Medical Center, Vineland. She was born January 16, 1946 in Brookville, Mississippi to the late Sarah (Moore) and Isaiah McCarter, Sr.
She employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Bishop McCarthy, Vineland before retiring.
She was predeceased by her husband Harry Brown.
She is survived by her son, Alfred McCarter; siblings, Jimmie Al McCarter, Harry Binford, Bobbie Featherstone, Lula Jones, Allegheny Binford and Yvonne Mazhari; and a host of family and friends.
