He is survived by his mother, Terry Forman; children, Rudolph Parish Jr, Julius Parish, E'Mari Bard, Prince Bard Antanette Ridgeway, Elise Bard, Julia Bard and Emeri Parish; siblings, Nicole DeShields, Natalie DeShields, Elgenun parish, Rudy Lynn Forman and Nathan DeShields; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
