Sandra was born in Bridgeton, New Jersey to parents Charlie Brown and Martha (Harris) Brown.

 She was a graduate of Cumberland Reginal High School.

She retired from the Vineland Developmental Center and Atlantic City Casinos. In later years, she was happily self-employed in several business ventures.

She left NJ and moved to Tennessee and California and later returned to New Jersey and finally resided in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Sandra lived a full life and was always thoughtful and generous to others. She was well loved and respected by those who knew her. She lived her life on her own terms and did what she liked, how and when she liked.

She is survived by her mother, Martha Harris of Vineland, NJ, an uncle, Tom S. Brown of Vineland NJ, and an aunt, Thelayon Howard of Mizpah, NJ. She also leaves behind to cherish her memories several cousins. Lastly, she leaves to mourn a long-time friend, Terrance Smith, of Philadelphia, PA.

Sandra was predeceased by her brothers, Gregory Brown and Ricky Dee Brown, an uncle, Woodrow Harris and her father, Charlie Brown.

Rev. Charles Thomas Jr. of Evangelistic World Gospel Mission Church will speak at the graveside.
