Sheldon Harry James passed away March1, 2024 at his residence in Bridgeton, NJ.  He was born July 11, 1955 in Chester, PA to the late John Thomas James and Louise Sapp James.

He attended and graduated from Salem High School.  He worked at Kimberly Clark for over 43 years and later retired in 2022.  He attended Tabernacle of Deliverance Church then later was a member of Jesus Power and Love Ministry in Chester, PA.

He loved to cook and BBQ but the end of everything he loved food period. He enjoyed fishing, family, traveling, and music. He was an extrovert and always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He loved sports such as football and basketball. His favorite football team was the Eagles. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family. He had a way to brighten a smile to your face with his charismatic sense of humor and a way to always put things in a different perspective.  He always talked about how much he loved GOD and his willingness to do God's work no matter what he went through in life.

Sheldon was married to the late Cheryl Denise Bugg-James for over 20 years. He was also preceded in death by two brothers Kevin Oliver James and Tyrone James; sister, Lavonia James Eason.

He leaves to mourn his children Keona Jenise Skinner and son in law Charles Skinner Jr., Pennsville, NJ, Sadar Bridgeford, Chester, PA and Timothy Evans, Paulsboro, NJ; two brothers, Leroy James, Bridgeton, NJ and Ernest James, Bridgeton, NJ; three grandchildren, Pauline, Destiny, Shannon and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
