Thomas Edward McGee "known as Gee Gee" was born November 9, 1956, in Millen, Georgia to the late Elizabeth McGee.

Gee Gee moved to Bridgeton, NJ in the early 60's. He was raised by the late Verna Robinson, James and Violet Mason-Bennett. In the later years he lived with Michael and Rhoda Williams who guided and assisted him to living on his own. Gee Gee attended Bridgeton Public Schools and the Alternative School in Carmel, NJ.

Over the years, he held various jobs. One of h is first jobs he held was at Charlie Veale Car Dealership detailing cars for many years. He was a handyman, he cut grass, painted, collected cans and always found a way to hustle and make money. He was good with numbers and counting money. Gee Gee was also employed by McDonalds at one point in his life and was proud of that job.

Gee Gee was funny, very kind, loved to laugh and had a "Heart of Gold!" If you knew him, you "Loved Him!" Gee Gee would leave that impression on those he knew and loved. He will be sorely missed but today, we celebrate his life.

He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter Shakeita Swartz, 2 brothers: Moses Mason of Fayetteville, NC, Tyrone Mason of Bridgeton, NJ, 3 sisters: Diane Bailey of Wilmington, DE, Rhonda Williams of Bridgeton, NJ, Antionette Mason of Raleigh, NC.

He was predeceased by his mother Elizabeth McGee, Verna Robinson, James and Violet Mason Bennett, sister Bonita Mason-Yancey, brothers Gary Mason and Michael Williams.
