A t age 40, Tywanda Lynn Stevenson departed this life suddenly on March 21, 2021at the Penn Hospital Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.
She was born on April 4, 1980 to Rosette Elaine Stevenson-Lewis and Vance Hart in Bridgeton, NJ.
Tywanda graduated from Vineland High School in 1999. Immediately afterwards, she became a responsible and hardworking lady up to the very end. She was employed for several years at the Trump Plaza in Atlantic City, NJ. In 2008, she was employed at the Direct Support Professional in Mays Landing, NJ until Thursday, before her departure.
In Twanda's spare time, she enjoyed reading, going to the casino, playing cards, watching movies, and spending time with her family.
Towards the very end of Tywanda Lynn Stevenson's life, she had the opportunity and a great pleasure to receive Jesus Christ back in her life, by the voice of her own beloved mother, Rosette Elaine Lewis. This was the best gift she ever received.
Tywanda leaves to cherish her memories to her mother and father, Rosette and Douglas "Skip" Lewis, Sr. of Vineland, NJ; her father, Vance Hart of Millville, NJ; grandfather, Ervin Stevenson, Sr. of Woodstown, NJ; brothers, Vernon Stevenson of Pennsylvania, Vance Hart, Jr., Tyree Milledge, Tyheem Milledge, Tykeem Milledge, Ty'Bri Milledge, Torrance Heard of all of Bridgeton, NJ, Jamere McGhee of Camden, NJ; a sister, Vannetta Outland (Kenny) of Seabrooks, NJ; several step-brothers and sisters. Out of all of them, she and Skip Lewis were very close. Tywanda and Douglas Jr. aka "Junior" was like two peas in a pod (a special friend, brother, and supporter); a special cousin, Tynyatta aka KiKi", a special friend, Sakeenah, a best friend, Tanya; and nieces and nephews, aunt and uncles, co-workers, many family and friends.
She was predeceased by her maternal grandmother, Mabel McCloud (mother at heart); paternal grandparents, Janelle and Marvin Hart; uncles, Ervin Stevenson, Jr., Jeffrey Stevenson, and Vince Hart.
