Tywone Lamont Allen, 48, of Salem, NJ, transitioned on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, after a three and a half year illness. Tywone was the oldest child born March 7, 1977; in Bridgeton, NJ to Kelvin Allen and the late Patricia (Taylor) Lee.

Tywone, also known to many as "Boog" was educated in the Bridgeton Public School system, where he received his GED.

"Boog" was very industrious and he was skilled with his hands. His employment over the past thirty years included the following companies: Ranch Hope, Lincoln Nursing Home as a certified nursing assistant (CNA); Durand Glass, Homeland Vinyl, Atco Rubber, Chemglass, Ardagh Glass & Omni Bakery. "Boog" was mechanically inclined; a jack of all trades and a master of some. He was the family handyman. "Boog" enjoyed breeding and raising dogs, cooking and barbecuing. His favorite past times were spending time with his grandchildren, fishing, horseshoes, cornhole, playing cards & playing his game. He was a diehard Philadelphia Eagles Fan. He loved cheering on his two-time Superbowl Championship Philadelphia Eagles!

"Boog" loved hard on his family and friends and in return he was loved by all who knew him. He will be greatly missed and remain forever in our hearts.

In addition to his mother Patricia Lee; Tywone was predeceased by his maternal grandmother: Katherine Taylor; his paternal grandfather: Willie Allen & his aunt: Glynda Allen.

"Boog" leaves to cherish his memories: (4) children: Tywone L. Allen, Jr., Tanejah L. Love III; Father: Kelvin (Shannell) Allen; Grandmother: Evora McNair; Godmother: Ann Robinson; (5) siblings: Kaneisha (Isiah) Johnson, Shamyra (Ronald) Williams, Roshay Williams, Richard Shannon III & Simone Shannon; (2) Godsisters: LaTosha (Dale) Mason & Monique Hayes; (4) Godbrothers: Albert (Kiwuna) Robinson, Kenyon (Tamille) Jones, Sr., Laighton Jones, Sr., Tremayne (Dawn) Jones, Sr.; (5) aunts: Debra (Clarence) Byrd, Pamela (Dave) Wilson, Yolanda (Willie) Crosley, Shawonne Allen & Darlene Allen; (1) great aunt: Nancy Thomas; (3) uncles: Kenny Allen, Randy Allen & Jack Palmer; his significant other: Tameka Sutton and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
