Valerie Denise Forman 54 of Bridgeton departed this life in Samaritan Hospice, Voorhees. She was born September 17, 1965 in Bridgeton to the late Myrtle (Johnson) and George Forman. She was a lifetime resident of the area.

She was formerly employed in Quality Control at Duran Glass, Millville. She was a member of Glory Tabernacle.

She is survived by her son Tyion Forman; daughters, Tyesha Lloyd, Tasha Forman, Tameika Forman, Tamara Harden, Tiffany Forman, Tierra Kinsey-Hatch and Jaliyah Walker; 8 grandchildren; siblings, Charles Johnson, Brenda Johnson, William Johnson and Bruce Forman; and a host of family and friends.
