Vermounie Nessinon Pierce "Monie" age 46 departed this life on August 10, 2022, in Jefferson Hospital, Cherry Hill, NJ.  He was born in Bridgeton, NJ on September 7, 1975, to Dorothy C. Pierce and the late Jose L. Bermudez.

He attended Bridgeton Public Schools. He later completed his GED.

Vermounie loved sports, basketball and football. His favorite team was the Minnesota Vikings. He also loved riding his dirt bike. He loved the City Life!

He leaves to cherish his memories; his mother Dorothy C. Pierce (Tony Hernandez), his children Dante Pierce, Deamonte Simmons, Vermounie Jr. and daughter Emonie Laboo and stepson Jaheem Laboo; grandchildren, Ahmir, Denver, Harlee, Vegas Simmons; sister Darraya Vega (husband Angelo); brothers, Victor Hannah (wife Cindy), Joseph Bermudez; sister Latonya, Shuntay,  Jocelyn Bermudez and brother Anthony Rodriguez; step-sisters Tricia, Ivory, Janita Hannah and step-brother Victor Hannah;  Aunt, Felecia Franco; uncle Victor Saez of Lancaster, PA; God sister, Noemi Calderan and God brother Jose Ferrer; and a host of family and friends.

He was predeceased by his father, Jose L. Bermudez and grandmother, Rita Franco, grandparents Helena and Irving Pierce.
