William Nelson Ellis born March 6, 1967 in Bridgeton, NJ to the late Pernaptus Brown the late Willie Ellis. He departed this life on January 12, 2021 at the Inspira Hospital in Vineland, NJ. William was the first son born to his parents.

William was educated in the Moorestown, NJ school district, but later educated and completed his education in the Bridgeton area. William was known as a jack of all trades but the master of none. William had a love for fishing, crabbing, and playing cards. He enjoyed cracking jokes and
making people laugh. He was extremely fond of roller skating until his health would not allow him to do it anymore.

William was known for having a "no nonsense" attitude. He enjoyed spending quality time with his son "Mookie" as well as spending time with his grandchildren.

William was preceded in death by his parents Pernaptus Brown and Willie Ellis, his son Terrance Ellis, and a grandson Jah'vori Hall. William leaves to cherish his memory one sister Leatha Brown, one brother Tracey Ellis, two special aunts Elaine & Jean, ten children: Takesha Hall,
William "Mookie" Hall (Tamara), Hakeem Denby, Trey Moore, Terrie Moor, Shatina Hadden, Shakavis Ellis, Wayne Floyd, and Patricia Denby, Eleven Grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
