William has peacefully left us to join his beloved mother Vaudine and brother Darryl. William won't be back, but he will be watching
over all of his family that he so dearly loved. Be sure to pay close attention because you might see him in your dreams or feel his spirit in a butterfly. Our amazing William, as much as we'll miss you, we pray that you have a safe journey. We will remember your laughter, loyalty, and loving heart. You made an impact on so many people's lives; we will forever keep your memory alive.

He leaves to cherish his memories his father Tom Evans, siblings; William Thomas, Kevin Harper Sr., Sabrina Harper, Karen Harper,
Alice Harper and a host of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Vaudine Harper, brother Darryl Harper.
